Dawn has over 25 years consulting experience. She specializes in selecting and developing leadership talent, designing and delivering assessment & development programs and executive coaching.

After gaining her MSc in Occupational Psychology she joined PDI as a consultant. She spent 6 years working with international clients, developing extensive expertise in the areas of executive assessments, 360 degree feedback, coaching and development centers. As European Head of 360 degree feedback, Dawn led a team of consultants and before moving to CGR as a Principal Consultant where she designed and delivered organizational change programs. 

Dawn is based in London and works with O.R. Talent’s European clients.  She is married with two children and in her spare time enjoys adventurous holidays, cycling and Pilates.
