Deanna has over 20 years experience in leadership development and human capital consulting to large commercial organizations and federal agencies.
Before moving into consulting, Deanna was a researcher investigating leadership and team development practices within the U.S. military. In her first consulting role, she provided human capital consulting to defense sector clients. In 2002, Deanna left the defense industry and joined an organizational development firm focused on large-sized private sector organizations where she led the talent development business. In 2007, she set up an independent consulting practice specializing in executive coaching, leadership assessment and the design and delivery of leadership development programs.
She has worked with leaders at all levels and across organizations in the private, public, and defence industries. Deanna has worked with O.R. Talent since 2013. She specializes in executive assessment for selection, development, and succession planning, designing leadership competency models and leadership development programs.
Deanna is married with 2 children and lives in Asheville, NC. She enjoys reading, traveling and exploring the mountains of western North Carolina.
