Lee has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering custom leadership assessments for selection, development and succession planning. He’s worked around the world with organizations across banking and finance, defense, the automotive sector, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals. He has a wealth of experience in assessment and coaching at managerial and executive levels.
He previously worked as a Consultant with CGR Business Psychologists and Personnel Decisions International, a global HR consultancy, where he had responsibility for global client and project management and delivery.
Lee is a visiting faculty on the INSEAD Strategy Execution Programme and is actively involved in research. He’s currently working on projects looking at what makes organizations adaptable, how organizations can improve the execution of their strategic initiatives and how emotions help and hinder decision making.
He’s married with two children and when not working he likes to be outdoors enjoying rock climbing, mountain biking and rugby.
