Mark brings 25 years of experience to O.R. Talent, specializing in assessment, development, and talent management.
Prior to starting his consulting career in 1999, Mark managed the recruitment and selection function for the City of Clearwater, Florida, and worked at Tennessee Valley Authority in the Human Resources Research & Development group.
Across his consulting career, he has worked with a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit private and public sector companies across different industries. He has experience in success profiling, developing competency models, designing and delivering learning programs, leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, survey design and performance management systems. He has worked with clients at all levels, ranging from technical employees to senior leadership.
Mark and his wife, Tammy, a university professor, live in Tampa, FL, and have one son who is an Architect. He enjoys traveling the world with his family, composing and playing music, and racing in cycling and triathlon events.
