As Operations Director, Natalie oversees project management and resourcing; administers online assessments, 360s, scoring platforms, and simulation platforms; prepares simulation and assessment materials; supports the delivery of leadership simulations, assessment centers, focus groups, leadership development programs, coaching engagements, etc.; and supports business strategy.

Prior to joining O.R.Talent, Natalie worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade, largely focusing on planning and delivering continuing education for medical professionals in the form of meetings ranging from 50 to 1,000+ attendees. 

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology at North Carolina State University before moving to the northern Virginia area, where she currently resides with her husband, son, and two cats. She is an alumnus of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Fundamentals and Maximizing Your Leadership Potential programs. She enjoys volunteering at a therapeutic horse-riding center, performing in choirs, reading, traveling, and yoga.
